We listen to your dreams
The first meetings are really important. If we start a project, it takes easily a year or several years till completion. It is essential to have a good connection with the client. To have a relation with mutual respect.
We design it
If the client is convinced to work with us, we can start the most fun-part, the designing. The presentation consists of an A3 book and a box of materials. After some time of evaluating the proposal, we plan a second meeting to discuss the feeling and make some adaptations.
We get a quote for it
Once the design and the plans are approved, and when we are on the same line about the materialisation, we make a descriptive measurement statement and more detailled plans. We deliver these documents to a general contractor or an independant coordinator with whom we will bring the works to completion.
We build it
Every phase is important, but this one might be the most important. Following the works is a phase which we take very seriously. We work together with craftsmen who have already proven their quality in similar projects. We keep an eye on the works by coming to the construction place once a week and by making a report of our findings. We do expect the general contractor or coordinator to follow the works on every day base. Only in this way, we can guarantee the high quality you want us to deliver.
We help decorate it
Most of our clients appreciate the advice for the curtains, carpets, furniture, sometimes even till the art, bedsheets, and the tableware. We do make a presentation of what we think would upgrade your home the most. We make a moodboard with fabrics, samples, suggestions of new furniture combined with vintage, you chose how far you want us to go in this… Our main goal is to deliver to you a unique and very personal home.
